This decoction helps relieve constipation, cleanse the colon, and balance the Apana Vata (the downward-moving energy responsible for elimination).
Ingredients:
- Triphala (powder or whole) -Gentle laxative, detoxifies colon, rejuvenates tissues
- Licorice (Yashtimadhu)- Soothes intestinal lining, reduces inflammation
- Dry Ginger (Shunthi)-Improves digestion, reduces bloating
- Fennel Seeds (Saunf)- Relieves gas, promotes bowel movement
- Senna leaves – (stronger purgative – use only for short-term relief)
Directions for Use:
- Empty the one sachet into a glass of warm water (about 100–200 ml).
- Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Drink immediately, ideally at the same time each day.
- It can be taken once or twice daily before meals, or as advised by Ayurvedic physician, depending on your health condition.
- Anupana (vehicle): Often taken with warm water, depending on condition
- Best Time to Take:- preferably before bedtime.
