- Rasa (Taste): Katu (pungent), Tikta (bitter)
- Guna (Qualities): Laghu (light), Tikshna (sharp)

- Dosha Effects: Balances Kapha and Vata, may aggravate Pitta in excess
What Is Shigru Kalpam?
A Shigru Kalpam is made by boiling Moringa leaves, bark, or roots in water to extract its active compounds. It is typically used as a daily tonic or for specific health conditions.
Directions for Use:
- Empty the one sachet into a glass of warm water (about 100–200 ml).
- Stir well until fully dissolved.
- Drink immediately, ideally at the same time each day.
- It can be taken once or twice daily before meals, or as advised by Ayurvedic physician, depending on your health condition.
- Anupana (vehicle): Often taken with warm water, depending on condition
- Strain and consume warm, optionally with honey (not when hot).
