Ayurvedic Laxative Sachet

This decoction helps relieve constipation, cleanse the colon, and balance the Apana Vata (the downward-moving energy responsible for elimination).

Ingredients:

1. Triphala (powder or whole) -Gentle laxative, detoxifies colon, rejuvenates tissues
2. Licorice (Yashtimadhu)- Soothes intestinal lining, reduces inflammation
3. Dry Ginger (Shunthi)-Improves digestion, reduces bloating
4. Fennel Seeds (Saunf)- Relieves gas, promotes bowel movement
5. Senna leaves – (stronger purgative – use only for short-term relief)

Directions for Use:

1. Empty the one sachet into a glass of warm water (about 100–200 ml).
2. Stir well until fully dissolved.
3. Drink immediately, ideally at the same time each day.
4. It can be taken once or twice daily before meals, or as advised by Ayurvedic physician, depending on your health condition.
5. Anupana (vehicle): Often taken with warm water, depending on condition

6. Best Time to Take:- preferably before bedtime.

• For daily use, omit senna and rely on Triphala-based decoction.
